Little Café, big impression

Little Café, Big Impression

With exams around the corner one of my friends and I needed a break from studying at school and in ours rooms. We went to this little cafe near us and I have only ever heard amazing things about it. I have been there twice before but only ever ordered a drink. They make everything from scratch and they have an open kitchen so you can see them making it all. I ordered a London Fog which is a latte made with tea. Let me tell you that was amazing and is officially my new favourite drink, not to mention the cute little (well actually not that little) lemon meringue tarte that tasted so fresh and everything was super photogenic.

We ended up continuing to study and work on homework, which is seemingly never ending, but a change of scenery was really refreshing and gave me motivation seeing everyone around the café deep into conversation and work. Sometimes it’s nice to switch things up to give you inspiration. Even if it is just going outside or to a local park, even a different library or room in your house.

To everyone writing exams this week and next good luck and don’t forget to study hard but also remember taking a break is important to.
