Good morning lovelies, today is sort of a bonus post since I decided my travel post would be too long for just one post. So today is day 2, Niagara-on-the-lake, Ontario.
Sunday morning we drove to Niagara-on-the-lake which is situated in the middle of Wine Country and on the edge of Lake Ontario. Once you pass all the vineyards and little fruit stands you enter the heart of the city. Everything is built to resemble different types of historical style buildings.
There were dozens of little restaurants and local coffee shops as well as some bed and breakfasts. They even had horse drawn carriage rides. Everything there seemed so timeless.
And they had beautiful flowers all over the town!
We got some fudge from “Maple Leaf Fudge” which was really good (even considering I’m not a fan of fudge). Also there was a cute old fashion candy store. So far everything I have tried there was good.
Hope you enjoyed this little extra post. Have a great day.
