15 Relaxing Activities

Good morning lovelies, so as promised here is a quick little list of 15 things to do to destress:

1. Go on a walk

2. Have a spa night/bath

3. Make cookies

4. Spend time with friends

5. Spend time alone

6. Watch a movie/show

7. Read a book

8. Have a nap

9. Have a mini dance party

10. Draw/colour

11. Go on an adventure

12. Go shopping

13. Yoga/self meditation/reflection

14. Call your mom/family member/significant other

15. Absolutely nothing

I hope you can find time to do at least one of these things. Especially around exam time remember how important you are!
